General Information about the 2019 Paths and Traditions Fair

This event is free to both Representatives and Attendees. Gifts are accepted to help defray costs associated with the Fair. The Paths and Traditions Fair 2019 is hosted by Cró Dreoilín and JUCCUUPs.

The location of the fair is the Jefferson Unitarian Church, at 14350 W 32nd Ave, Golden, Colorado 80401.

The fair will be held on Saturday, 19 January 2019, from 10 am - 4 pm.

Set-up begins at 9 am. Tables and chairs are provided. You will be expected to set-up your own table, and put it away at the end of the day. Any help with general set-up and tear-down is appreciated.

Please bring:

  • Information about your group/class/tradition and tools/items/supplies related to your path. (No incense, please. Small candles are okay; please keep safety in mind.)
  • You may bring a small sign or banner.
  • A name tag, if you have one. Tags will be provided to those who do not.

Space is limited, please send only a small number of representatives (1-3) of your group/tradition at a time. If you wish to bring more, extra people can volunteer to help with the fair and take turns sitting at your table.

You are expected to have some one at your table, able to interact with visitors, from open to close. It is okay to leave your table for your presentation.

I have read and agree to the above.
